"I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel, and it stood out as one of the highlights of my trip.
From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The bellman immediately came downstairs to greet us, helped us with our luggage, and carried everything up the stairs to the check-in desk. That first impression already felt welcoming. At check-in, the staff noticed we had a toddler with us and kindly offered a deer stuffed toy, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made us feel cared for right away.
The communication was smooth and attentive throughout, and the staff made sure to take care of us and our luggage all the way to the room. The check-in process was seamless and professional. Our room itself was spotless, very clean, and clearly well maintained. The hotel overall felt organized, polished, and genuinely focused on hospitality.
The location was another big plus—it’s right next to the shopping street, with plenty of restaurants nearby, making it very convenient to explore the city. The building is well maintained, and the lobby is clean and inviting.
We also had brunch at the hotel’s restaurant, Bar George, which was excellent. Everything we ordered was delicious, and although I wish we had time to try their bar and cocktails, the brunch experience was enough to show how great it is.
Overall, this was a fantastic stay. The staff were warm and welcoming, the facilities were well cared for, and everything felt organized and easy. If I return to Montreal, I would definitely choose this hotel again without hesitation."

"We had a wonderful stay at Le Mount Stephen in Montreal. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile. They even surprised our little one with a soft toy, which made him so happy and created such a thoughtful touch for our family.
The hotel restaurant is excellent, and I highly recommend dining there during your stay. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The location is also perfect, right in downtown Montreal with plenty of restaurants and shopping malls nearby.
Although the hotel is not very large, it is beautifully maintained, stylish, and full of great photo spots. It really has a special charm. We were a group of six and booked two rooms for two nights, and everything about our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
Whether you are traveling as a couple, with family, or even on business, this hotel is a fantastic choice. We would definitely stay here again."

The rooms were stunning — from the automatic drapes and immaculate cleanliness to the ultra-comfortable bed. The bathroom was a highlight, with a luxurious rain shower and a high-tech Toto toilet that does everything except give you a massage! The location is perfect, just steps from St. Catherine Street. Absolutely phenomenal and highly recommended."
