"Pont de la Concorde is underrated because its designers chose simplicity over pizzazz. Its simple lines reward viewers with beautiful perspectives from various angles and multiple locations. I usually take the metro to the Jean-Drapeau station on St Helen's Island and walk towards the bridge. The long alley leading to the Concorde Bridge is nicely shaded. I then walk across to Montreal. There's also protected bicycle path, so bikers don't have to worry about vehicular traffic."
