"I had a disappointing experience at this library. The washrooms and main hall area was full of homeless with heavy smell of weed. It didn’t feel clean or properly maintained. The environment isn’t comfortable for studying or spending time. Most importantly, I don’t think it’s a safe or appropriate place for children. I really hope the management takes action to improve things."
