What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise the Kinsmen Trail for its beautiful, well-maintained paved paths that are great for both walking and cycling, offering scenic views along Chipawa Creek and Lake Nipissing. However, some find the trail's fragmented nature, requiring navigation through city streets to connect sections, to be a drawback for longer, continuous journeys.
"Very pretty well maintained trail. It has two paved lanes for walking each direction. This makes it less congested and easier for flow. The only issue I had with the trail was that it wasn’t one long trail, it was broken into many sections where you need to cross a busy road or walk 3-4 blocks to link back onto it. It’s a nice trail but for that reason I wouldn’t use it again."

"Kinsmen Trail is one of the straight forward and clean trails in North Bay. Two way paved roads accompanied by small canal makes it more attractive. Whether you walk or cycle you’ll love it all way around."
