does anyone know of anything fun to do in Oshawa with no money?
The lake in the summer is nice. Downtown Oshawa usually has concerts in the park at Memorial park some weeknights in the summer, and some free festivals on weekends there too. Autofest downtown in August. There are some walking paths and trails around the second marsh.
