"It's a beautiful Lake Park with lots of grass to have picnics on. Sometimes they have picnic tables and chairs. Lately they've been putting outdoor seating so that people can enjoy the outdoors during the summer. The beach is beautiful, expansive and wide. It's relatively clean and there are garbage bins around the park. Dogs are meant to be on leash. A lot of owners take their dogs here to play. A lot of locals walk around this beach park. One time I saw on homeless man sleeping on the beach. There is a Japanese sister joint project which is very beautiful. The Japanese garden is definitely a must see!"
