Greetings fellow immigrant 👊🏻. You will need your own skates (shoes) for sure. The ice oval is super fun. Not sure if still allowed but a plastic chair to help with balance will make the first time more enjoyable. Remember to wear layers to take off when you get warm.

Great place if you love skating. Dress for the weather and you're good to go. The fees are worth it and go to a great cause of keeping it up. Renovations over the last 5 years have been a great plus. 2 thumbs for the volunteers who make it possible!"
