"The views are excellent and the architecture nearby is interesting, historically relevant and beautiful. A walk down the waterfront path to Cow Bay is an excellent way to spend an hour or so. We did see some Sea Otters and it was interesting to watch the fishing boats etc go by. There is a railway museum in the park that was not open when we visited."

10 minutes walk from cruise terminal.
If you want, cross the railway (end section of the cargo train marshalling area) to go uphill to town centre along the paved road."
