A tunnel on each side leads into the sunken area, and you can also take a trail and stairs to the top, which has access to the neighboring streets. A true gem that you can tell the community takes great pride in maintaining, worth a visit. Reminded me a great deal of the sunken garden area at Butchart Gardens in Victoria, BC."
