What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors generally find the Aquarium du Québec to be a pleasant and engaging experience, particularly for families. Highlights include the diverse animal exhibits, especially the polar bears, and interactive touch tanks. Some minor drawbacks include occasional construction noise and the warmth of certain indoor restrooms. Accessibility without a car can be a challenge for some.
"We spent a good part of the morning at the aquarium and had lunch at the restaurant inside the compound. It was a great experience, especially with a 19 month old. There's a bit of construction happening, expansion i would assume. Parking spaces are being upgraded with electric charging etc. The staff was friendly and spoke English as well. Apart from the construction noises, it was a great. It is stroller friendly minus a few steps inside some buildings. Lots of parking available as well. Cheers!"

"It is a small but lovely aquarium. Indoor and outdoor areas to visit. The polar bear is so fun to see, especially when they are active - worth the walk, and even with the construction going on. The place is clean and generally well maintained. Visited one restroom which was uncomfortably warm. We will definitely visit again, if we are vacationing in the area."

"Better than Ripley’s Aquarium. This aquarium provides great views of aquatic organisms such as seahorse, fish, stingrays, and shark I think. Would highly recommend for tourists because you get to touch stingrays which is cool and very amazing experience. I didn’t know stingrays were that soft. It’s like baby skin?"
