The trail itself is fairly easy to navigate, but be prepared for several stairs and a steady incline—it’s a bit of a workout, but absolutely worth it.

The summit can get crowded, especially during peak season, but there are still plenty of vantage points where you can capture incredible photos without too many people in the shot.

The rockpile trail offers one of the best panoramic views of the lake. Another trail leads to the base of the mountain, where you can see the slopes formed by past rockfalls. Both trails are not too difficult and can be enjoyed by most visitors. We only wish we had more time to explore.
