"Many thanks to the entire team, as well as to Julie Ménard, for taking such good care of my grandmother. She's happy here, eats very well, and feels safe. The infirmary doesn't waste time updating you on the condition of your loved ones. I'm truly grateful!
Lots of wonderful social and fun activities, even educational ones. A variety of food and complete meals are offered in the cafeteria! A few parking spaces will be available for families who want to come visit their relatives here. Well located in Chicoutimi.

"The management of Villa Saguenay, unfortunately, shows no desire to ensure the peace and quiet of its residents, which is, in principle, guaranteed by their lease. Tenants who, like me, have had the misfortune to choose (at the end of winter) one of the hundred or so apartments overlooking the interior courtyard are exposed to the noise generated by the numerous activities organized there during the summer, sometimes accompanied by loud music. There is no established curfew; everyone can do as they please. To distract a small portion of the unruly tenants, the space of others is therefore encroached upon. Those who would only like to be able to sit on their balcony to silently enjoy the cool evening air must instead lock themselves in by turning on their air conditioner at full blast. An air conditioner that is not provided by the landlord. So if you like peace and quiet, flee this place populated by the deaf and the elderly who have become too weak to claim their basic right to peace, despite the exorbitant rents they pay."
