I reported the incident to the reception, but the management told me that the only protection available is the combination lock I used — which the thief was apparently able to break easily.
I had raised concerns about locker security when I first joined the gym and pool, but I was told it was my responsibility to secure my belongings. There are no security cameras in the locker area, and now that this theft has occurred, I’ve received no assistance or follow-up investigation from the management."

"Absolutely unacceptable conditions and complete lack of accountability.
I've been a member of the aquatic center for some time, and while I had hoped to overlook the occasional inconvenience, the current situation is beyond excuse: a rodent infestation that has damaged multiple personal items stored in the locker area. This isn’t just an isolated incident—it’s an ongoing issue that the facility has refused to resolve properly, even when notified 5 separate times.
We have contacted management regarding this issue on five separate occasions, clearly outlining the extent of the damage and the health risks. We even went so far as to recommend a reputable and highly effective pest control company, yet they continue to rely on the same ineffective service that has failed to make any meaningful impact.
Meanwhile, rodent feces and urine are left untouched, creating a health hazard in an area where people come to improve their well-being. The locker area is unsanitary, unsafe, and unacceptable.
What’s most infuriating is that they have no issue billing us promptly each month for memberships and locker rentals, yet they completely fail to provide a safe, clean, and hygienic environment.
If you're considering joining this facility—think twice. Until management is held accountable and real action is taken, I would strongly advise against entrusting them with your health, safety, or personal belongings."
