"Great spot to walk or bicycle. It definitely has shown its age though. Bushes needs trimmed back or removed. Some of the history posts are gone or you can barely see them. It should be kept in better shape with the cruise ships coming in. No wheel chair ramp is built after the old one was removed. But I don't know how long it's been like that."
