Reviews Summary

Visitors praise the Museum of Antiquities as a free, hidden gem on the U of S campus, highlighting its fascinating artifacts and replicas, and the knowledgeable, friendly staff. While small, it offers a rich historical experience and often features engaging student-created exhibits, making it a worthwhile stop for a quick cultural immersion.

"They have amazing artifacts with such rich history. The staff here is amazing and is never short of amazing knowledge of their exhibits and more. The museum is always changing their displays with bringing in new and exciting exhibits but also exhibits that students from the University have made. That is what makes this museum so interesting and fun. Highly recommend when visiting the campus, the city, or just want to learn some cool facts about history"

"As a person with almost zero interest in european history and mythology, everything looked cool but less impressive than most of other museums and art galleries nearby. Also, the people seemed to work here (or students that were supposed to take care of this place) were just watching something together in their office and didn't even bother to come out for the entire time that we were there."

Yunsu Kang

"The Most amazing place in Saskatoon, great history and artifacts! A hidden gem of the city, this is a must see for our city. It is a bit small, but has some great replica and originals pieces. I try to stop by every once in awhile and check out the new pieces they have in. In all honesty, this is a much better experience than the Remai Art Gallery. Free admission but they accept donations, so please donate! It is important to keep this here in our city! They have a new Roman exhibit on until August that is worth checking out. Nice place."
