I plan to visit NB and find these, but none of the major grocery stores I called carry them. Any idea where I can find them?
Depending on how far you're willing to travel in NB, you could probably find them in St. Stephen where the Ganong factory actually is.

Ganong
Hi I'm coming to Canada (toronto niagara areas) from uk in a few weeks. I saw (years ago) on food factory Ganong chicken bones candy. Always wanted to try them! Please can anyone tell me where to find them? Ta in advance.
Found this hidden empty chocolate box above a ceiling panel in our basement (Seattle), alongside a collection of communist membership cards and a monthly dues ledger. A brief google search didn’t yield much, but wondering if anyone knows much about the chocolate company.
Ganong is a big part of St. Stephen. There's a chocolate museum in the old factory (town hall is there too), annual chocolate festival, and a few parks (including a wonderful nature park) bare their name. There were even plans for a chocolate theme park but finding was pulled…

What Ontario snacks to bring to New Brunswick, and Quebec breakfast items to bring to Ontario?
Hi! I'd love some advice on what to bring to an Ontario-raised couple now living in New Brunswick, and the best breakfast groceries to buy in Quebec to serve to a group of 15 the next day (stored in a cooler most of the time). My partner and I will be driving from Ontario to…

What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise the Ganong Chocolate Museum for its historical exhibits and the adjacent store for its unique and delicious chocolates, especially the 'Chicken Bones' and creative truffles. While some find the pricing a bit high, the quality and distinctiveness of the products are generally well-regarded, making it a sweet stop for locals and tourists alike.
"I was disappointed in the fact that I didn't get a response from this business to my vmail or email regarding their tours.
We did make the trip out (~1.5hrs) and I did buy some much enjoyed chicken bones @ $17 a pound! I thought that they would be cheaper to buy there and/or have unique packaging - especially given the anniversary.
I found the same size pkgs of chichen bones in a grocery store for $3 less. I'm glad I went to see the store, but would not recommend."

"We enjoyed the hands-on and interactive displays about the process of chocolate making. Samples were provided! This building also houses the Ganong Chocolate Museum, where you can see antique chocolate making equipment and packaging. There are many exhibits describing the history of the Ganong brothers and the company. The Ganong factory is located elsewhere in town."

"The chocolate flavours are unique and I feel I would've appreciated them more if I did the chocolate tour. They are quite lovely and for the price you pay to get cool flavours like pina colada or maple chai, I think they are quite fair and still tasty. Now I wouldn't choose these over lindt chocolate or go out of my way to grab them. But I think they make great gifts as an amuse-bouche. They also sell chicken bones which are unique to the east coast. Free street parking and parking lot."
