"Nice place. The hotel is close to Bishop, and the location was perfect for us since we were staying in that area. It’s a bit difficult to access due to the construction around it, which also impacts the room views (construction facing the lake). Don’t request a lake view.
The rooms are a good size, very clean, and well equipped with both a shower and a bathtub. The staff is excellent. The restaurants are very good. Stefan was amazing!"

"Had a wondeful stay at Hotel X a few months ago. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. I wanted to say thank you to John, Mauricio, and Junior who provided wonderful, friendly and professional service. Hotel X had beautiful views of the Toronto waterfront, its location is a bit further from the downtown core and this gives it a resort feel, the hotel also has in-house vehicles that will drive you into downtown. I really appreciated the ameneties as well as the 2 PM late checkout, we will be coming back.
