"Perfect Spot for a Toddler's Birthday Bash!

We recently celebrated our little one's 2nd birthday here, and I simply had to write a review. This playground is hands-down the best in the area, especially if you have toddlers! The design is truly five-star; it feels incredibly safe and clean, which is everything you want when celebrating a birthday with a group of small, fast-moving children.

the space is very clean, Stuff was very helpful, flawless experience! Would definitely come again!"

"I will start off by saying my kid had the time of his life at Petito’s for his third birthday (in the small room). The facility was very clean, well kept, and has excellent designs. A very well thought out play place with lots of creative and engaging options for a wide range of ages. We had kids from 1 to 8 years old all having a blast. Also, the train was a huge hit for my little train lover! It ran every hour which at first I thought was too infrequent, but they made sure all the kids got a ride and each ride was a sufficient amount of time. Oh and the nursing room was a huge bonus that I really appreciated.
Also they unexpectedly gave us a monthly pass for my son :).

I gave five stars for all the reasons above but I do think there a few things that need improvement from our experience having a birthday party in the small room.
-the place was very, very busy for the first hour (10-11) with two big parties and a ton of drop-ins. It really felt way too crowded.
-it got quite warm in our room (but they did provide a large fan)
- the party room has a big table for the kids to sit at, but no other tables for pizza, cake, drinks, loot bags etc. (they gave us a couple small ones upon request but the party rooms should really be stocked with large tables for this)
- no garbage in the room (just a shared garbage between the two party room which was weird)
- we had no event coordinator whatsoever as the website described the party includes. No one really helped with anything unless asked.
- lastly, it would be great if staff asked who the birthday kids are so they can board the train first and get a special greeting. While the staff were friendly, a bit more enthusiasm and interaction—like wishing the birthday child a happy birthday—would make the experience feel more special.

Overall we had a great time at Petito’s and will definitely go back for drop ins."
