Reviews Summary
Weston Park Library offers a unique circular design and a 'Library of Things' collection, but many visitors find it too noisy for studying, especially on weekday afternoons due to nearby school children. While it's a vibrant community hub, those seeking quiet concentration may need to look elsewhere or visit during off-peak hours.
"I went to this library location on Wednesday August 13, 2025 at 5pm. I needed to scan my personal documents before work and I was already familiar with the library and had no previous issues as I've been coming here for years. I walked in and went to the bigger machine (printer/scanner) beside the express computer. Soon after I was approached by a man who said "no no no you can't use it, I'm printing" from my understanding correct me if I'm wrong, if you're printing and someone else is using the scanner you can still receive your printouts afterwards. I thought the approach was strange and I continued to complete my task. Then a male security guard came to me and said "you have to use the other one" and I said "why?" then repeats himself "you have to use the other one". I asked him "does the other machine has a scanner?" and all he did was point to the other side of the room. I went over because I was already in a rush so I tried using the other scanner he suggested and it didn't work. I had to go back to the original machine and everything worked out. I wasted a lot of time back and forth with the man and security guard with no real context and felt like I was being singled out. I didn't have a pleasant experience and moving forward security guards should stick to their job description"

"I used to go this library for studying & reading books before Covid-19. But, right now, I’m not recommending it to you anymore because it is too noisy right now and there are a lot of illiterate and some homeless adult people who don’t care others."

"Amazing library, just wished they had more workshops for the middle school and late primary school kids."
