What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors find Waterfront Station to be a clean, well-located transit hub, praised for its convenience in connecting to the airport and waterfront attractions. However, some users express frustration with SkyTrain service reliability and occasional delays on specific lines, impacting commute times.
"Nice and clean building. I was there around 7pm, not too many people were going in and out but am sure during rush place is buzzing."

"This final station 🚉 is perfect location and the train is fast and convenient. There’s a beautiful sculpture in front of the building."

"It's starting to get frustrating when catching the sky train from New West station to production way university.
Like the train going to Bray the train. Going to King George on the opposite side waterfront every couple minutes.
But productionway university continuously won't be up on the screen for a couple minutes, sometimes up to 5 to 10 and then after that you have to wait another 7 minutes for the train to show up.
Then it stops outside supperton stops of side braid. Like I do understand there's work being done but why does it have to affect just a production way university train.
It's like playing Russian roulette wondering if I'm going to make it to work on time even when I leave an hour before I start.
Is this ever going to get fixed cuz the prices go up yet this train is a big inconvenience.
Thanks for listening to me vent"
