Another day, another gay beach and this time I am taking you to Vancouver’s gay beach, wreck beach and oasis beach… both clothing optional of course. This is your guide on how to get to the gay beach and of course if you can manage to go during Vancouver Pride then it’s gonna be extra busy and hopefully extra fun 😉 Let me know if there’s any other gay beaches I need to take off my list! #gayb...

Wreck beach has the best sunset view, no cap. Even better than Sunset beach or any other beach. March was a great month for me, mental health wise. May be because we had a lot of sunny days in Vancouver. Or may be because I watched a lot of sunsets. Or because I cooked a lot of my favourite food and had meals on time. May be a little bit of everything❤️ Hoping for a great month of April too🤞 We...

Reviews Summary

Wreck Beach is celebrated for its stunning natural beauty, expansive sandy shores, and a welcoming, free-spirited atmosphere. Visitors appreciate the sense of freedom and community, especially the vibrant drum circles on weekends and breathtaking sunsets. However, the challenging stair climb and the need for strict adherence to privacy etiquette are frequently mentioned drawbacks.

"It’s near Vancouver, it is a clothing-optional beach with stunning natural beauty and welcoming atmosphere. Visitors access it via a steep trail and enjoy sunbathing, swimming, and socializing in a relaxed environment. The beach fosters a strong community with events and activities like drum circles and yoga. Respect for etiquette, such as asking permission before taking photos, is essential. Overall, it offers a unique blend of nature and freedom, making for a memorable experience. One can enjoy birding if you come early mornings. Weekend are always busy"

"It’s my privilege to have visited a beach I loved, with a spectacular view of the ocean, where people were very calm, there was no noise, and I could fully enjoy it. And for those who don’t know, the stairs have 485 steps. That’s not too many if you count them."

"I love the west coast shoreline here. This is a very spacious and expansive beach. It’s sandy, lots of logs to sit up against. Outhouses at the top of the stairs and the base as well, the stairs to get to it are killer, so keep that in mind if you have any kind of trouble with stairs, or with asthma, etc. bring water, or something of the like to stay well hydrated, bring the things you need cause it ain’t a hop skip and a jump away to get to any kind of convenience store. UBC is probably a twenty minute to half hour walk away depending on how fast you can get up those stairs. You have to be okay with people being naked. Cause there is a lot of that. it’s a super chill, and relaxed atmosphere. And one of the more beautiful beaches on Vancouver."
