What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors rave about the unique kayak and clam dig experience, praising the delicious chowder and the engaging nature of the activity. The scenic beauty of the village and the opportunity for wildlife sightings during kayaking are also frequently highlighted. Some mention the need to book tours by phone and that the clam dig schedule is tide-dependent.
"The kayaking & clam dig was the best adventure we did during our time on PEI. So much fun! You kayak out to the sand bar, dig for clams, & then Paul whips up a clam chowder with the days findings. His recipe is coconut (lactose intolerant friendly) & tomato based, which is unusual/different, but seriously so good. There isn’t much of a social media presence for his business, so if you want to book just give the number from the website a call and book the old fashion way. This specific tour only goes out once a day (at low tide) and only certain days of the month based on tide timing. Highly recommend for a half day adventure!"

"My wife and I rented SUP for the first time and really enjoyed the experience. Paul and his staff member were great to deal with, good instructions and very reasonable cost. Beautiful location!"
Scott Campbell
"We did the kayak and clam dig, and we all loved it (including the pre-teen kids). Paul and his staff were friendly and helpful, and the clam chowder Paul cooked with our catch was delicious! This was a great way to spend some time on the water and getting to enjoy a truly fresh and local lunch."
