"Regarding the multi-use campground: The place is awesome. The views, the bathrooms, the showers, the washroom, they're all top-of-the-line. The major problems are: the extremely small campsites, coupled with the people who have no regard for their neighbors. By 0600, our neighbor's alarm had gone off four times (I had to notify them their alarm was going off twice, after their alarm had gone off for more than five minutes), another neighbor (two or three spots down) had a very bad cough and we could clearly hear her up late, and early. Another's kid came into our camp after we went to bed and tripped over our tent stakes, I could very clearly hear people snoring. And lastly, our immediate neighbor's kid woke up early and could only speak at one volume (loud), despite repeated efforts from their father to get them to quiet down. Correction: The neighbor's alarm just went off for a fifth time - and the snorer is still going. I recommend going somewhere where people aren't camping on top of each other, you can get a good night's sleep, and you can actually enjoy nature."

"This is the site of the 2010 Nordic Olympic events. In the summer there is lots to do including hiking, biking, site seeing, biathlon (shooting), disc golf, pickleball, camping. It is a great place for kids and includes a unique climbing structure (playground). The day lodge has foosball, ping pong, board games, and comfy places to sit. A cafe is open all day with a wide variety of food and drinks. Gift store, too. Bring your bug spray and bug nets."
