Reviews Summary

Playa Blanca is celebrated for its beautiful white sand and warm, clear waters, offering a unique lakeside experience. While many praise its natural beauty and recreational activities, some recent visitors have noted issues with litter and water levels affecting the beach area.

"Nice beach at Caburga Lake, it has white sand instead of black gravel, as Playa Negra has, so is gentler and smoother with your feet.
The water is clean and it's warm during the summer.
You can rent lounge chairs, sunshades, beach chairs, kayaks, water bikes, and skyjet among others.
There's a diving service 3 times per day, at 11, 14 and 16 hrs.
You can get here by local buses from Pucon or by car, in this case, there are several parking lots available, the closer to the beach, the more you pay for it."

Eric Schmidt

"Lovely beach surrounded by epic nature on large hills and mountains. But for the sake of keeping it on the DL, tell your friends Playa Blanca sucks! 😜"

Noah Jeffrey

"Used to be so beautiful just a few year years back. Now there is garbage littered on the beaches and with the recession of the water its become a muddy mess. I sunk to my knees in mud when I tried to get in the water. Save yourself the money that is charged for parking and just go to playa Negra or better yet stick to Playa Grande in Pucon. At least there it is swimable."
