"We visited Volcán Osorno in Februari and it was beautiful. You do have to buckle up for the drive up the mountain.
There’s a big parking place next to the Volcano and a nice cafeteria. You can walk around and go up the ski lift.
Another great thing is having the amazing view over Llanquihue Lake."

You can reach 2 km below the peak by two cable cars. The cable cars are old, but they still serve their purpose. The view is breathtaking, especially on the way down. There is a glacier at the summit.
Even in summer, I recommend good, warm clothing. It is cold and windy in the mountains."
