Reviews Summary

Visitors rave about the spectacular panoramic views from Piedra del Águila, stretching from the ocean to the Andes, and the unique beauty of the ancient Araucaria forests. However, many highlight the challenging road conditions, often requiring a 4x4, and the lack of facilities within the park.

"Wonderful
We had sleet, so the visit to the park was spectacular.
Lots of mud, buried vehicles, so be careful if you're traveling by car.
I recommend it 👍🏻"

Barbara Yañez

"Walking through the park is beautiful. In this case, since it was snowy, you need to bring the necessary equipment, and in any case, it's worth the visit.

Total hike: 9 of the planned 12 km, due to weather conditions.
Hiking time: 6 hours.
Ascent: 800 m, with a slight incline for about 4 km. The last 2 km to reach the rock are medium (app climb 200 m, incline).
Trail difficulty: easy without snow, medium with snow (suitable for people without physical problems or ailments, and children who enjoy walking)."

victor pino orellana

"The place is beautiful. I've been visiting it for a while, but I have to say that the road to get there is a real pain. If you come from Cañete, as you enter the park, the road is in very poor condition. Of course, it's winter. But even so, it would be great if it were better maintained. In any case, the mud is an experience, and the view is well worth the effort. I wish they'd put up a sign about the road being in poor condition."
