"Nice rustic hot springs that costs 4000CHP per person. Does exactly what you want. Different pools with different temps/mud. Great spot to hit after coming down the mountain from higher altitude. Road isn't on Google maps but just look for the sign."

"this is a small hot spring complex located in the Atacama Desert. It is a bit off the beaten path, but it is worth the visit!
The complex has one large outdoor pool, four small mud pools, and two small covered pools. The water is rich in minerals and is known for its therapeutic properties.
We visited it twice and were either alone or almost alone. It was so peaceful and relaxing to soak in the hot springs and enjoy the stunning desert scenery.
Tips:
Bring a swimsuit, towel, and flip-flops.
We highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and unique experience in the Atacama Desert!"
