What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Caleta Abarca Beach is praised for its beautiful, expansive sandy shores and stunning ocean views, particularly during sunset. Visitors enjoy the promenade with its restaurants and the overall friendly vibe. However, the cold Pacific waters and strong waves can limit swimming opportunities, and the fee for public restrooms is a common point of contention.
"What a beautiful big beach with an amazing powerful ocean in front of it. Sadly, nobody was able to swim because in March it’s mighty coldwas 15°C but also very high waves that would pull you in to the Neptunes world. The beach was wonderful, and I enjoyed the sand and the restaurant, eating most amazing food while overlooking the ocean 🌊"

"Beautiful view of the sea, we went in July and there was a fresh weather and soft wind. It’s so funny to see children with parents playing in the beach, trying to scape of the waves and from the beach it’s also posible to see Valparaíso port. I won’t forget that time in such a beautiful place!!!"

"Caleta Abarca Beach it's beautiful and very clean, I love the place and I was able to spend a good time with my Chilean family, on this beach they sell some delicious churros that I highly recommend, we also rented umbrellas and chairs, the only thing that I didn't like it is that you have to pay to use the bathroom, it's the first time I've seen something like this, I don't know if it's common in Chile but I think that the bathroom must be a public right, I don't bother to pay but I felt bad for people who can't afford it."
