Singapore Airlines flights arrive at Terminal 3 (T3).
You’ll need to take the unmanned shuttle (Automated People Mover) from T3E (Arrival Terminal) to T3C (Arrival Lobby).
⚠️ The first stop is Station D (T3-D) — do not alight here.
✅ Get off only at the final stop, Station C (T3-C).
All visitors must complete the immigration arrival card.
If you’ve arranged Fast Immigration Service (Diplomatic Line), two BCIA staff will meet you at the aerobridge & escort you smoothly through the entire arrival process — immigration, baggage claim & all the way to your waiting limousine.
Departure 🛫
Singapore Airlines flights also depart from Terminal 3.
For Fast Immigration Service (Diplomatic Line) on departure, your hotel will arrange a limousine. Two BCIA staff will meet you at the designated drop-off area & personally escort you through the entire departure process, right up to the lounge.

🛂 Customs Counter (for tax-refundable items): Near Check-in Area E, Gate 6, for immigration inspection & security checks.
💲 Tax Refund Counter: After taking the APM to the Departure Terminal (T3E), go to the Tax Refund counters (Bank of China) to receive your refund in cash or credit.

A beautiful, modern, and extremely well-planned terminal. Terminal 3 is massive in size, yet everything feels surprisingly easy, smooth, and well organized. Wayfinding is clear, and the overall passenger flow is very efficient.
The cleanliness level is excellent, especially the toilets which are spotless and well-maintained at all times. The spacious design, comfortable walking areas, and systematic layout truly make it a world-class terminal. Overall, a very pleasant and stress-free travel experience."
