River cruise is a must try 1hr but food is optional. Its better that the offer of dinner is not optional. To have a buffet dinner is much appreciated.

"We visited Chaotianmen Square in the afternoon when it was drizzling, which added a misty charm to the riverside view. The massive Raffles City complex towers over the square and makes for an impressive backdrop. The contrast between the modern architecture and the open square gives you plenty of angles for nice photos.
While the weather wasn’t perfect, it was still worth the visit just to take in the scale of the buildings and the atmosphere of this iconic spot where the rivers meet. If the sky is clear, I can imagine the photos would turn out even better.

"Chaotianmen is one of the nine gates along the river in Chongqing. You can see the river view in front and play at the Raffles in the back. It is a different view under the lights at night.
