Thinking about visiting HuangShan (Yellow Mountain)
Like, I don't really know where to start. I should be able to take a high speed rail from Shanghai to Huangshan right? I'm not sure what to do from there. I planning to visit it on my own without following any tour. I heard the view is amazing with some climbing/hiking involved,…

What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise Huangshan Hot Spring for its cleanliness, good service, and beautiful scenic setting, especially after hiking. The affordable price and included snack bar are significant draws. However, the strict swimwear policy, which prohibits Muslim swimsuits, is a notable drawback for some. The water is heated stream water, not mineralized.
"The place is clean and the service is good. Staff is practically everywhere. There are numerous basins with varying temperature and themes. However, when we were there they only had 5 basins filled (due to low attendance). It should also be mentioned that the water is not mineralized (like in Japan), but simply water taken from the mountain stream and heated. Otherwise the place looks gorgeous with good views on Huangshan. We went during the week, during weekends it probably gets crowded."

"The best hot spring in China, I've been there twice already and it is just fascinating!!! It has everything you need for free in the garden, where you also can listen to beautiful Chinese music. You can definitely be healthy again, just get relaxed in there! The hotel near there is cheap, and the ticket for the hot spring has a low price as well. 100% recommended!"
Guangnan Yue
"This place is not an option for anyone wanting to use Muslim swim suits at their pools. They won't allow you to get in without traditional swim wear.
Not that I care about Muslims but I do believe anyone should be able to be them selves any where."
