Keep in mind exactly what you are looking for, choose the district related to that, use Yiwugo if needed, go with a proper translator with the fee 300-400 RMB per day to accompany with if you can't speak Chinese. It might take you a day to finish one floor in each building. Should go around 10 am when they start opening the shop and close at 5, lunchtime 11.30-12.30 if you don't really like Chinese food smell, better to go out and stuff your belly also. In a big building, packed with people and food smells are not nice things I guess."
