It’s the historic mansion once belonging to General Mu. There is an entrance fee and you can get a guide to take you around. There is no written information provided so a bit hard to figure out the history unless you have a guide.
You can take the 300 steps to the pagoda at the top of the hill but once you get there you have to pay an additional fee to get to the overlook. If you do pay, you’ll be rewarded with amazing views of the old town and surrounding area."
