The big problem is that they don't seem to view it as something worth "selling." Every time I've been there they literally open the place minutes before a performance starts. It's as if someone in authority's saying "Look we know how to build a great theatre and put on plays goshdarnit, but we'll be darned if well let you actually enjoy yourself before it starts.""
