The whole area was full of energy, color, and traditional charm. Many girls were dressed in beautiful traditional Hakka costumes, which brought the history and culture to life in such a vibrant way.

There were also many stalls with traditional Hakka foods—so tasty and full of authentic flavors. The townlet itself is well-preserved and designed to reflect the old Hakka style, with narrow lanes, old-style buildings, and a peaceful atmosphere away from the busy city.
