"University is located in very charming costal city of Yantai. Great location for study. BUT.. Office staff and all people who are responsible for international students seems to having no clue about the place they are working in. Very rude and far from "international standards" this school is trying to fit in. I wish you good luck and a lot of patience if you are going to study or even apply to study in this school. I personally advice you to try bigger city or schools with a bit more experiance with foreign students ;)"
