"About a 10 minute walk down the road from the Zhazi prison. Admission here is also free.
This area features another prison camp as well as the preserved estate of a famous guy from China's history (and where he was assassinated).
The prison camp was small but you can walk into the holding cells and see examples of torture devices. Not a whole lot of English so don't expect to understand much.
The preserved estate was also small but has English translations for most things. It was interesting to see the old pictures.

Of course, all of the descriptions must be taken with a pinch of salt as they are of course from a communist perspective and the propaganda is strong.
These sites are exceptionally popular and can be very busy even during the 'off-season' so be prepared for moderate crowds but strangely no queueing.
Lots of information is available in english and the area is quite beautiful regardless.
