Reviews Summary
Humedal Córdoba is a free, tranquil urban wetland offering a peaceful escape and opportunities for birdwatching and nature photography. While some visitors find the entry process unconventional and note that the bird species might not be extraordinary, its value as a preserved natural space within Bogotá is widely appreciated.
"Ok here is the situation with this place. It is open all days including sundays. Not sure what time it is open from but it closes at 2pm I believe. You need to arrive at the centre, it will look very closed with chains on all the gates but wait for the guard to patrol and just yell at them and they will come over and let you in. It's an odd situation. There is also a guard inside the building but the most likely cant see you. It is just one way path on the board walk where you will get to the place in the photo then you have to turn. I'm a birder and there are a few bird species but nothing out of the orindary."

"It's great to have this small forest (wetland) and lake so close to home. It's a great place to do bird watching and scape the city mess for a brief moment. This is one of the few remaining «humedales» in Bogotá, and it's where more than a dozen different species of migratory birds spend their night when traveling. It's free, it's safe, needs a bit of maintenance, but still pretty decent"

"I have no idea how people can think this is a touristic attraction... We walked in unaware it was a very dangerous place..."
