The majority of the area is sheltered, the army guys speak almost no English and everything is in Spanish but it's super cool!
You can take pictures but NO VIDEOS or you have to join the army on the spot.
They have lots guns, military artifacts on display and a helicopter!! You're surrounded by friendly armed forces upon entering with big guns.
