It says to go to the website, and that damn website is useless. It has letters that can't even be seen with a magnifying glass. I don't know why they have offices or why they employ people if they don't even answer the phone.
It's a shame if it's in Miami, the COLOMBIAN Consulate is useless either. There are never any appointments. WHERE IS THE RESPECT? This is really annoying.
