The guard was very accommodating when I told him I am here to see the monument dedicated to him, and even showed me the small museum attached to the cloister, with an exhibition on his connection to the city, his book collection, his shirt and his eyeglasses... Around the cloister there is also an art exhibition you can browse. It's a quiet respite from the crowd and heat of Cartagena."
