"I loved this hotel, the design and area was beautiful. I was somewhat disappointed, our A/C didn’t work, and we mentioned to the front desk after our first night. Their response was to send someone and tell us it was functioning. We didn’t push the complaint, I really hate complaining. During check out, I mentioned again that it was not functioning and they reassured it was. I turned it to the lowest setting possible, yet the room never cooled. For reference we stayed in 210. Our other friends/family stayed in 211, and the a/c was working perfectly. I wish we there would have been more consideration about this issue. I didn’t ask for any compensation or push hard, but it’s disappointing when spending $1000s for a hotel, you would expect a little bit of understanding and compassion. We stayed in 2 suite rooms. I would stay again but will be adamant if the a/c is not working to have our room changed."
