"I would rate 3.5 if possible.
We were 4 and rented 2 rooms there- a suite and a regular double room. The double room our friends took was not stay-able; just a bed in a room with no window- only out to the hallway.
The staff were very friendly and we had no issues with them. They gave our friends a refund when they decided not to stay, all in all they were quite hospitable.
The location was fantastic- right in the center of Guatape. The street the hotel is on is quite lively (even at night), so expect quite a bit of noise.
The unfortunate part of our stay: the bed was absolutely hard as rock and the sheets were not clean.
The general cleanliness of the room was quite poor which is a shame because the suite itself is quite pretty with a nice balcony.
I think if they were able to fix these issues it would be quite an excellent place to stay, however, with our experience we wouldn’t return."

"Giving a 5 stars review to offset a bit the negative reviews which in my opinion make no sense. The place is absultely good value for money, location is amazing, rooms are clean and my shower was not moldy at all. Maybe the mattress is a little hard but I slept super well. And the shower head could also be improved as it looks a bit sketchy with the electric cable plugged in just next to It"

No future, no hope, no dream
We couldn't use the game room due to some religious conference. Food was extremely bad...also the beds. No water activity, because there is no water in the river near by, all the pictures are a big lie or from ten years ago...so nothing to do here at all.
Such a huge disappointment.
For this price we expected much more."
