Reviews Summary

Ibagué is a city with friendly people but faces significant challenges in urban infrastructure and public services. Visitors frequently note poor road conditions, inadequate waste management, and difficult sidewalks, impacting accessibility and overall aesthetics. While the city has potential, these persistent issues detract from the experience for many.

"I live abroad, and it's unfortunate that every time I visit Ibagué, I find the city in a state of disrepair. The road network is terrible, the street lighting is poor, and waste management is inadequate. The filth in the streets (garbage and debris) is evident, and there's no economic progress or development. It's sad to know that the mayor's office is led by a woman, yet her influence is nowhere to be seen, even though the woman is the one who takes care of every detail, beautifies everything, and represents order and strength. Thank you. I love Ibagué!"

Leidy Paola Bazurdo

"Madam Mayor, I am a visitor to this beautiful city. I am disabled and use a wheelchair, but unfortunately, I cannot get around due to the poor condition of the streets and sidewalks. I hope you will take this comment into account."

Jairo Gonzalez

"The market squares and surrounding areas are too dirty, contaminated by pigeon droppings, there are many homeless people, unsafe, ugly abandoned buildings, lack of paint and cleanliness, very clean, very friendly people"
