"Didn’t stay here but giving 5 stars becos we were doing mountain bike and we were looking for a cafe and it was raining heavily. We asked their staff for directions to the cafe and she pointed us to the direction. However she saw us that we were drenched and it as raining heavily and she invited us in the hotel and made two cups coffee for the both of us."

"Beautiful coffee farm in the mountains. The staff is over the top making sure all your needs are met . The rooms are comfortable and quaint. What's really appealing is the deep history that is evident throughout the property. The tour was fabulous! The rich history behind the coffee process from the ground to the cup is fascinating. l will never look at a cup of coffee again in the same way. Colombia has made a name for itself in the coffee industry. Hotel Hacienda El Roble is one of the reasons why. Maria, Laura, Carolina, and Teresa were wonderful! I'm sure you are wondering why l didn't give it 5 stars. Well, we had to take cold showers! For some reason we didn't have hot water!"
