"Ukumari Park is a beautiful zoo with a fantastic area with exotic birds. Parrots, Macaws, etc. It is a fairly large are to walk but it is an easy walk. No steep hills or anything difficult. There are little spots along the way where you can buy a soda or a water. You will also find the lions and rhinos and elephants."

"Absolutely worth the trek to visit. It is beautiful. You can tell they truly care for the animals. The birds exhibit was my favorite. It rained in us all day but we did not even care. We had a lot of fun. The staff was wonderful. All the animal exhibits had the animal information in both English and Spanish, so I did not need to translate for my husband which was wonderful. We will come back next time we r in the region."
