The Maungatea Bluff Track was no joke🥵 Before we started our hike we went in assuming it was going to be like our previous hike up the takitumu conservation area. BOY WE WERE WRONG🤦‍♀️😂 This track is generally considered a highly challenging route and after doing this… I’m not gonna lie! I totally agree😂 it’s actually the most challenging one by far that we’ve attempted on our own. It’s honestly...

"This was the best thing I have done on Rarotonga!! Keep in mind I am a conservationist and avid birdwatcher. Ian was knowledgeable and passionate, and led the most wonderful tour. He has a magical ability of attracting the rare Rarotongan flycatcher and then delighted us with a hike up to see the flying foxes. Truly, a delight!"

"Beautiful beach, great for snorkeling.
Snorkeling gear available on rest just on the opposite side of the road at small shacks.7-10$ per hour.
Sadly the coral reef is deteriorating due to global warming, hope humanity out sufficient efforts towards improving our own attitude and behavior.
Must visit place at Rarotonga.
5 stars is not enough to justify the serene atmosphere of this place"

Thedeepseaman Shaun

"Ian is a wonderful guide and communicates all conservation park information effectively through his white board as he is recovering from a stroke. Recommend as a great way to tour the interior of Rarotonga, here of conservation efforts and see some beautiful birds."
