"Our family of 6 went on the safari today and it was amazing! We are visiting from Calgary, AB, Canada with 2 of our children, my mother and grandmother. My son uses a wheelchair full time and my 90 yr old grandmother also needed hers most of the time and everyone was VERY accommodating. A special shout out to Mark and Rolondo who helped us get around by picking us up and transporting wheelchairs where ever we wanted to go. They were so kind and we wouldn’t have been able to get down to the waterfall without them. Thank you both so much for all your help and making our day special! The safari was SO much fun and my husband said he hadn’t seen our teenage daughter smile this much in months 🤣 I can’t remember our tour guides name but he was SO good at his job and made us laugh. If you’re looking for something to do with the kids. This is a must!"

"We had an amazing time in Ponderosa. The place is very beautiful… the animal statues, the artworks and just the overall setup of the place is very pleasing to the eye… we were welcomed by the most welcoming and lovely hosts Marc and Rolando. They were very attentive and very helpful. Every question we had was answered with lots of knowledge and they made sure our experience went smoothly. Sebastian was our safari tour guide and he was also very knowledgeable and he made the ride fun. We 1000% recommend for adults and kids (we had a 2 year old).
We loved that they had different pools to accomodate different age groups and the food was also very good. We have not one thing to complain about. Thank you Ponderosa Team😊"
