"This is the second public beach we visited in Riyeka. It's located on the western side of the city and is accessible by car, taxi/uber, and bus (numbers 1 and 32). To enter the beach you will need to go down some concrete steps. On the way you will pass by a private pool with plenty of diving boards.
There is a bar and a fastfood restaurant at this pebble beach. There are plenty of tables and benches. You can place your beach mat/towel and umbrellas almost anywhere. There are showers but no changing area. That you can do in the restaurant restroom.
The water is clear. It's perfect for families, but be careful on the rocks. You can rent beach equipment and there's also a massage service."
