"The beach infrastructure is still under construction. There is a part that is finished, wheel chair access ramp to the water, paved walking areas, parking, and a large shade structure with solar panels on its roof. I don’t understand why there aren’t solar panels everywhere, given how sunny it is here most of the year. There is even a bouncy castle in the water for kids. A huge draw back is there are NO PUBLIC TOILETS. That is beyond ridiculous for a beach in the middle of the city."
